Actor, playwright and novelist Robert Daws has had a 30 year long association with Gibraltar. His affection for the place led him to set his Sullivan and Broderick crime novels here. His stories, which touch on Gibraltar’s rich history, are set in the present day with a crime solving duo of Royal Gibraltar Police Officers. A regular visitor to the annual Gibraltar Literary Festival, I caught up with him at last year’s event back in November, and found out about his fascination with Gibraltar.
